Return and Refund policy
In case a product is found damaged during delivery, the product can be replaced as per the Replace Policy below.
- Customer is expected to provide digital proof of damage over an email to email@example.com with a receipt or proof of purchase within 2 days.
- The proof of damage is examined by our quality control team and the replacement will be initiated only after their approval.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
- For foods products if the packed is unsealed (open) by customer, it can not be returned or replaced.
