Return and Refund policy

In case a product is found damaged during delivery, the product can be replaced as per the Replace Policy below. 

  1. Customer is expected to provide digital proof of damage over an email to with a receipt or proof of purchase within 2 days.
  2. The proof of damage is examined by our quality control team and the replacement will be initiated only after their approval. 
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary. 
  4. For foods products if the packed is unsealed (open) by customer, it can not be returned or replaced.
